PIKESVILLE, Md. — A 13-year-old boy who kissed a 14-year-old girl on a dare now faces a second-degree assault charge as a juvenile, according to police.
The boy was dared by other students to kiss the girl, who reportedly did not enjoy the attention, reports WBFF. The dare was done during school hours.
Police said that no one was injured during the incident and that the school will handle any disciplinary actions related to suspension or expulsion.
