Reading, PA - Elbeco, the leading manufacturer of public service uniforms, has introduced the new EMS Cargo Trousers that combine superior design elements with a stain- and fade-resistant fabric for a better, more comfortable work trouser. The new EMS Trouser is designed for public service and safety officers throughout all regions of the US and Canada, including emergency medical technicians, paramedics, as well as fire and public safety workers.
EMS Trousers feature Elbeco’s new Active Cut, designed to fit more athletic builds, with more room in the legs and thighs. The generous fit and civilian rise provide a more casual feel with maximum flexibility, while maintaining the official look of a uniform garment. Women’s trousers also feature an elastic expanding waist for a better fit.
The cargo pockets of the new EMS Trousers increase the trousers’ utility, providing ample room for critical equipment and supplies. The right pocket features an exterior side scissor pocket with dual adjustable straps. The left side features a pleated cargo pocket with an additional glove pocket designed to carry the EMS Field Protocol Guide. Both cargo pockets are designed for safety and durability with reinforcements that reduce tearing as well as rear side bellows that provide more storage space and are positioned to not catch or snag.
The new EMS Trousers are made from a heavy duty, stain- and fade-resistant poly/cotton blend fabric, the same fabric used to make Elbeco’s durable Tactical Twill Trouser line. They also feature many of Elbeco’s exclusive design features that improve the overall quality of the garment. Elbeco’s triple-stitched crotch helps prevent crotch blowouts, increasing garment life. The ComfortGrip™ waistband with silicone strips keeps shirts neatly tucked, while giving the wearer greater mobility and comfort. Creaset™ permanent-pressed creases ensure that the garment will always maintain a clean, crisp appearance.
Elbeco’s men’s and women’s EMS Trousers, offered in Dark Navy, will be available beginning winter 2003-2004 from Elbeco authorized distributors nationwide.
