53 inmates freed in Mexico prison break; inside job, officials say

MEXICO CITY — It took just minutes. Not a shot was fired. And by Sunday, authorities were sure it was an inside job.

Suspected drug traffickers swept into the prison in Zacatecas state Saturday and freed 53 inmates. Many of the escapees were cartel gunmen.

Try different scenarios of things that have happened in the past. Also, take stuff like # of inmates, room size, hostages, etc. into consideration. Find out where your staff lacks knowledge by walking up and asking "What would you do if......" you might be surprised at the answers you get. I hope this helps.

What a bunch of BS! I'm sorry to hear that this man died. But we've discussed this on this site- it is simply not possible to prevent every in-custody suicide...
