SOMERSET, Pa. — A woman attempted to use a Doritos chip bag to smuggle drugs into a Somerset jail, and is now facing charges.
WPXI reports that Shatya Grfield, 22, passed the bag, containing drug paraphernalia, three small sandwich bags of suspected marijuana, one small sandwich bag of suspected heroin, and 95 suspected Suboxone strips, to Steven Parker, 27, who was an inmate at the time.
A staff member witnessed the exchange and detained Garfield.
Charges are pending for both parties.
