ROCK HILL — A York County Detention Center officer graduated at the top of a federal law enforcement training class this month.
Cpl. Lucas Frame was the valedictorian after a four-week training in Charleston. He graduated with a 99.32 GPA, York County Sheriff’s Office officials said.
Frame was selected as one of just 24 students nationwide to participate in the specialized training for officers performing certain immigration law enforcement functions. He was certified as an ICE 287(g) immigration authority delegation officer.
The training took place at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center.
