The main focus of this position is to provide mental health evaluations, psychotropic medication management, and chronic care services to the inmate population. Work is reviewed through observation and results obtained.
*Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or post-Master’s Certification
*Maintain appropriate, unrestricted credentials according to the licensure, certification, and registration requirements of the jurisdiction
*License as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the State of Florida; Adult Psychiatric & Mental Health Certification
*CPR-Basic Life Support or ACLS Certification
*1 year experience as an APRN - Psych
*Must possess a valid Florida driver’s license
*Consideration for this position requires a credit check
