How inmates are passing weapons through the SHU sliders. The very bottom is only sealed with caulking. The divider is hollow. Once the caulking is removed, items can be passed or stored by inmates.
This picture shows the caulking is the only item covering the hole. Inmates may use toothpaste to cover it.
