We’ve all heard of a “runner’s high,” but the owner of these pot-filled sneakers obviously had something other than a rush of endorphins in mind when he attempted to bring them into his facility.

A careful search of all inmates’ footwear is absolutely mandatory. Officers should look closely at all seams and cracks in their prisoners’ shoes, as they might be dead giveaways for hidden contraband.
