NY inmate charged after throwing feces at CO

ATTICA, N.Y. — An inmate at a New York prison has been charged with aggravated harassment of a CO after he allegedly threw feces at an officer and an inmate.
WIVB reports that Luis Guzman, 28, was arrested on April 17 after he reportedly threw feces at a passing CO and an inmate who was being escorted by the officer. He was also charged with second degree harassment. Guzman was being housed in a special unit at Attica State Correctional Facility at the time of the incident.
Guzman has been serving a first-degree manslaughter sentence out of New York County.
