"The whole workshop was useful! The Tactical Athlete Pull-up system was awesome. As a matter of fact, the following day we explained your principles of body tightening/shortening the abs/screwing in the shoulders, etc. and a female recruit that never did a pull-up simply exploded over the bar. In addition, the H2H drills were great for a tactical operator. The grip strength and hip power developed can make a man truly dangerous. In this business, it is important to walk the walk if you talk the talk.
