COTC powered by Essential Learning

Founded by the American Correctional Association (ACA) and Essential Learning, the Corrections Online Training Collaborative (COTC) is a cooperative venture of the leading associations serving the correctional industry. COTC currently includes the ACA, American Jail Association (AJA), and American Probation and Parole Association (APPA). These members have joined together to bring high quality, cost- effective staff training solutions to the corrections field. They work with Essential Learning, the largest online staff training company in the human services field, to develop and design courses. Essential Learning maintains the associations’ online training platforms.
