Defenshield produces a range of protective equipment for the Corrections and Law Enforcement community. The Defenshield Non-Ballistic Handheld Riot Shield (NBS) was a huge hit at the 2007 OLETC Mock Prison Riot in Wheeling, WV. It is an excellent tool for crowd and riot control – with many new features no other shield has such as flared edges, a shield-guiding thigh pad, heavy-duty arm band and a deterrent bump in the center. Units are delivered fully assembled with right- and left-handed configurations available. Concave capture shields are also available upon request.
