I don’t have a username and/or password. Have you registered with CorrectionsOne yet? Registering is easy and free! Just go to our registration page, select your status from the drop box on the left side, and click Continue. Be sure to complete both pages. If you do not complete the section with your department's information, we will not be able to call your department to verify your status as a corrections officer. I’ve already registered but I lost my username and/or password. To have your username and password emailed to you click here. This will be sent to the email address that is listed in your account information – if the email address we have for you is not your current address, contact customer support. How do I change my Username? If you would to change your username. Please send an e-mail to PoliceOnesupport@policeone.com with your current username and the NEW username you would like it changed to. I know that I’m entering my username and password correctly but I still can’t log in. Quite often when users contact us about log-in problems it has to do with trying to access secure areas of our site. If you have not been given confirmed correctional officer status you will be reverted back to a log in screen when you try to access secure sites. For more information about secure access, see "Secure Access" below. Bearing the above in mind, if you’re still having problems logging in and you know your information is correct it is most likely something to do with your web browser that is keeping the website from logging you in properly. First make sure that you’re using a compatible web browser and that you have the latest version – Microsoft Internet Explorer version 8 and Mozilla Firefox version 3 are both good. Internet Explorer version 8 To check security settings: - Click the Tools menu.
- Select Internet Options.

To delete cookies: - Click the Tools menu. If you don't see the menu, press Alt button on your keyboard to show the menus.
